The Ultimate Summer Bucket List

Anyone excited for summer? It basically feels like summer already but we still have a few weeks until it’s actually summer! Either your kids are out of school or about to be out of school or they’re still going to daycare 5 days a week like our little one OR you’re a SAHM and you have no clue what the heck you’re going to be doing with your kids this summer because seriously the kids needs some kind of entertainment am I right?!

I have always pinned bucket list ideas for Fall, holidays, and have an actual bucket list of my own so I thought it would be fun to create an Ultimate Summer Bucket List guide! There are a ton of ideas and things out there to do and I literally only named a few to get you started but holy moly there are endless things to do.

Below are the 40 ideas and activities we will be trying to conquer this summer with our daughter!

  1. Sit back, relax and enjoy a summer sunset
  2. Run through the sprinklers
  3. Don’t worry, get messy with a piece of watermelon
  4. Hit the slides at your local water park
  5. Start a water balloon fight
  6. Swim at sunrise…or sunset
  7. Wear a flower crown
  8. Read 3 books
  9. Collect seashells at the shore
  10. Fly a kite!
  11. Take an afternoon nap (you deserve it!)
  12. Plan a day to #twin with your daughter!
  13. Plant an herb garden
  14. Watch a movie in a park
  15. Go to Disneyland
  16. Buy fresh veggies & fruit at local Farmer’s Market
  17. Have a picnic
  18. Play at a splash pad with your kids
  19. Camp in the backyard
  20. Stargaze
  21. Paint pet rocks
  22. Watch fireworks
  23. Make sidewalk chalk masterpieces
