I’ve been using essential oils for just about 5 years — never really shared too much about them, I’ve just diffused them and used them here and there. Recently, with COVID and all, I started thinking and researching all the chemicals we’re putting in our body 24/7 and how quick and easy these chemicals go to our blood stream.
They’re saying by 2042 our population will decrease by 10% — why? — mostly due to infertility. That’s some sad sh** I’m telling ya! Having a miscarriage prior to our rainbow baby boy, I’ve had friends and family in their early 20s and early 30s have multiple miscarriages, lots of them having a really tough time to get pregnant, and some using IVF! It breaks my heart when I have another friend tell me they’ve lost their baby at 5, 8, and even 21 weeks pregnant. Of course many underlying things could be going on as well, stress is a big factor ladies.
Other than that, WE can do something too and to help get all these toxic chemicals out of our homes and to clean our blood stream of organic, healthier, and non toxic chemicals could be the start of our bodies being exactly what they were meant to do and be for us. I’m definitely not saying essential oils will cure ANYTHING! What I’m saying is let’s see what things can change it our lives with the help of EOs!
Like I was saying, lately, I’ve really been thinking of this. Every night our kids oil up with rollers before bed and peppermint has helped our older one with fevers in the past, thieves has helped with sore throats; literally the list can go on for pages of what I’ve used these oils for. So instead of writing this long a** blog post about all the benefits; I’ll be breaking down certain oils one by one, post by post and showing you WHY I love these oils so much!
